Domblasco is the first Boutique Winery in Extremadura. We have a small number of bottles each year, all our grapes come from our own estate, the grapes are always harvested by hand and only the best bunches are used to make our wines.

The winery

The Bodega Extremeña Domblasco, located in Extremadura on the border between the current municipalities of Feria and Salvatierra de los Barros, consists of two buildings. One of them, built at the end of the 17th century, was used as an oratory for the inhabitants of the vineyard estate of Don Blasco, and was transformed into a winery at the end of the 19th century.

This building maintains its original deposits. Clay jars built at different times in Extremadura. Some date from the 16th century and others from the 19th and early 20th centuries. The wine is transferred to them after devatting and is kept there for a year until it is bottled or transferred to oak barrels.
